- Reservation and tenants: Tenants must occupy the premises personally. Child supervision is mandatory. It is forbidden to host non-reserved persons without prior authorization, under penalty of additional charges.
- Subletting prohibited: Subletting via platforms such as Airbnb results in sanctions, including termination of the lease.
- Facilities: Equipment is provided in working order. Claims after 24 hours will not be accepted. No cleaning rectification will be made after use of the stay and no compensation will be granted without proof upon arrival.
- Respect for the neighborhood: No parties or noise pollution, especially between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
- Tobacco and drugs: Smoking and consuming illegal substances is strictly prohibited. A fine of €140 will be applied in case of non-compliance.
- Animals: Not allowed except for exceptions with additional cost.
- Used linens and garbage: No eating or drinking in the bed; waste must be placed in the designated area before departure. Garbage must be disposed of in the dedicated rights of the co-ownership. Any soiled linen, such as that bearing traces of food or blood, will be charged at the price of the new linen purchase, as will any stolen linen.
- Dishes: A supplement of €40 will be charged if the dishes are not done before your departure. You are also requested to tidy up and wipe the surfaces used.
- Breakage: Any unreported breakage will be charged at the price of repairing the damage, depending on the costs incurred.
- Security: Closewindows and doors when leaving. Turn off lights and electronic devices to save energy. The air conditioning should not be left running.
- Access: No keys should be forgotten. Any keys not returned to the key box will be charged at the locksmiths price, as will any broken keys.
- Appliances and utensils: Use of kitchen equipment with care and cleaning after use is required. They must be put back in their place.
- Security: A surveillance camera is installed at the entrance, aimed at preventing theft. - Tourist tax: To be paid upon booking. - Internet: Any illegal downloading is prohibited and may be reported to the competent authorities.
- Identity card: For foreigners, the presentation of an identity card is mandatory upon arrival.
- Threats and harassment: Verbal or physical threats, telephone harassment, or blackmail will not work to obtain a refund. These behaviors are punishable by law, and we will file a complaint in case of non-compliance.
